Philip is a childcare worker and musician in his 30s. In his session, he was first regressed back to a lifetime when she cared for the children in the slum in Mexico. In that lifetime, she chose to dedicate her life to care for the children living in slum as her own died young. One day, she accidentally killed a man, because he attacked one of the children she cared for. At this point, Philip's eyes roll backward, fluttering, I could see how much suffering he's had in that life as the Mexican woman. Then I brought him to the next important scene in that life, he was converted to a nun. However, he was not able to forgive himself and that man who attacked the child by the end of that lifetime. Only when he left that body, he was able to see if from a higher perspective - how the man had a very similar upbringing with the children he cared for. Then finally, he was able to forgive, as Philip recognised that man in his current life.
Then, he was taken to a lifetime when he was a short humanoid being living in the sky. It was such an easy and worry-free lifetime. Philip described how bored he became after a while, so he decided to explore the land. While he was exploring, he encountered an ocean being, as cheesy as it sounds, they fell in love, and he could recognise that being in his current life.
The next space and time he visited is completely the opposite, it is a world where the surface is completely polluted and unlivable. People are living underground, eating only root vegetables and are very skinny. Life is so hard in that lifetime, every day is a struggle. He died from malnutrition at the end of that life.
The last lifetime he visited, firstly he saw himself surrounded by apples hanging on the tree, as I suggested him look down on his body, he burst into laughter when he realised he is one of the apples! As we jumped to the most important day in that life, he described in joy how he was being eaten by the birds! When we brought forward his Original Source Consciousness, they explained how this lifetime is to remind him the joy when he unconditionally gives.
